New types of characters...

  I was wondering whether there could be more characters with
the background of farm hand pro-wrestlers and farm hand models.
As it is there seem to be too many responsibilities
for colonists to remain as simple farm hands without doing
something else. 
  There are already traffic cops that aren't called such by other factions, I suspect, in Rimworld. Otherwise I would be tempted to have them drafted
as farm hand traffic cops.
  Lastly, why can't more Rimworld farms train employees and then let other partnerships rent them out for a fee? I mean, it would seem to make more sense than the current doldrums of farms trying to sell crops to speculators posing as customers.
