ok my hydroponics tables are just going the same speed and not able to switch stuff and its just reg potato's is any one elas seeing the same in there game

That's how tables currently work as of alpha 2, though they'll be changed in the next alpha. Currently they only grow potatos at the same rate as a farm plot, in alpha 3 you'll be able to grow all the crops in them, and they'll grow faster but consume electricity

Farming plots > Hydroponics?

It was the plants the tables were growing rather than the tables themselves. Anyway, that has some tips about efficient farming in A2.
