Fermenting Barrels that are frozen cannot be unfilled A15

A frozen fermentation barrel stays frozen, and cannot be unfilled or repaired. You have to rebuild the barrel.

To replicate the bug

Build barrel, fill with wort, then freeze it.

The barrel is permanently stuck frozen, and must be deconstructed to work.
The bug occurs if the barrel gets too hot as well...

Is this as intended or should there be a way to empty the spoiled wort from the barrel?

It can be refilled, it just says spoiled so you know what happened.

There may be a usability problem though.
