Medicine for specific injuries

Okay so what is annoying me a bit right now ist that colonists use the best possible medicine to treat any injury.
Say they got in a fight and only have a bruise, scratch or cut, I would like to be able to treat this kind of injuries with herbal medicine.
And the more serious injuries with better medicine.
