Would be possible to be able to make more bills for it so you can specify what blocks you want to make rather than having a colonist cutting random stones until they finally get to the one you require?

You can specify the stone you want in the details by the way. Like picking the ingredients for meals. But it won't get the numbers right if you have multiple types of stones.

You can just go into details on the bill and unselect all materials it can use except the one you want.
