Is it possible to manually fire carried weapons?

Yep, it is. Draft a colonist as a soldier, press F and click a target. Obviously, you can't target the ground unless it's a thrown weapon, such as a frag or molotov (I really wish you could target the ground with the T-9 too though).

T9s are like rain magnets when you want to set something on fire. Invariably, every time my graveyard gets filled up and I send someone out with a T9 to burn it clear it starts raining.

to burn a graveyard, just make sure that the gravyard is under a roof, then nomatter how hard it rains, the fire will NOT go out until all the bodies are burnt
