Caravan functionality [R]

It'd be nice if they could go over water, albeit slowly. And if they had more for someone to fiddle with.

Also earlier today I had a issue where a caravan, was formed after a drop pod raid on a base, started with 340kg over 175 kg.. which is weird because they were only carrying what they dropped with? (According to caravan inventory)
