Selling prisoners

Since Alpha 16 it looks that I am not able to sell prisoners any more.
I am not getting Slave/Pirate ship to trade with them, traders do not want to buy my prisoners.
Is it a bug or i am just unlucky?

I just sold a prisoner an hour ago.  I'd take a look at your mods.
