Win Conditions!

The scenario editor is awesome and adds a huge amount of custom content to the game, but why stop just before allowing custom win conditions?  As of now, winning the game (finishing and building your ship) is not all that dramatic of an ending anyway.  Adding custom win conditions allows for entire player made "campaigns" (strings of scenarios to be played after each other).

For example, maybe first you play vanilla game and escape, but the next scenario you return with a science party and have a win condition of taming a Thrombo to take home.  Or maybe you have to eliminate x number of megaspiders to reduce the threat they pose on future colonization.  You could even be made to have a populated settlement on the ice sheet as a win condition.

Also, this shouldn't be too difficult to implement, as the game already tracks so many statistics concerning your settlement, adding a few simple triggers for a simple "victory" screen would be easy when compared to things like adding the ability for colonists to have babies and then taking care of and aging those babies.

I'm sure this has been posted before but the older threads seem to be dying.

I totally agree, as i said something similar on another posts. This would add tons of replay value.

These endgames objectives need to be reworked imo. I love the game a lot in this current state but it still has So much potential.
