Can't find a mod that added various qualities (like cooking speed) to the gear

I remember one of the mod packs had it back in a14...  Certain clothing items gave you a higher chance to tame an animal or succeed in social interactions (recruiting and such). Than there was that thing with knives and faster cooking.. Been a while and search tool is not very good on this forums so if anyone can point me to it, i'd be grateful.
