Customizing Gear

Would love to have the ability in game to rename weapons and recolour armours. Right now it can be done by labouriously going through the game files and editing in Note ++, but I find this rather tedious, especially in vanilla where item damage is permanent so that fancy named rifle will become trash after a few raids.

As for colours, having the ability to select what colour armour your pawns make at the work tables would I think be ideal, or have a dye/paint table so you can do it even to found items. I find it quite immersion breaking when all my pawns are running around looking like teletubbies with mismatched outfits once you start wearing armour. Maybe a slider or RGB colour code selector?
