Breaking up social fights

We really need the ability to break up social fights.  I just had one pawn beat another pawn to death and I have no choice but to just sit there and watch.  The first pawn had a melee skill of 13, the opponent had only 2 and she gets beaten to death and I am just supposed to go on living with this psychopath in my colony?  We badly need the option to break up the fight before it gets too far, and even to arrest and possibly execute the murderer when it doesn't get broken up.  Because let me tell you, if I had the option, that colonist that just killed someone over an insult would be facing the death penalty.

Marv's Ugh You Got Me provides some disinclination to continue the fight when it becomes painful.

I had the same situation, which I discussed in this thread. I also felt that a colonist beating another colonist to death should have consequences, so I "banished" the homicidalist, or made them flee the map, by using one of the Dev tools.

You can also send a one-colonist caravan on a quick trip to nowhere and then abandon it. It essentially deletes the pawn without causing anyone a bad mood. (Sadly, I don't think you get the My Rival Died buff either.)
