[Looking For] Skill/Learning Mod

im looking for a mod which cancels the xp decrease for skills above lvl 9 (or 10?).

Google and Rimworld Forum Search didnt help me :X

Hey man, a quick google search turned up a mod on the workshop called Mad Skills. Check it out, Im pretty sure it removes skill rust.
