Please give us the option for 4x Speed without a mod

Alpha 17 is incorporating a ton of quality of life improvements. One thing I am dying for is 4x speed without having to use dev mode or the 4x speed mod.   

You can make it a toggle in the options menu with a warning that you need a fast computer. Whatever works. But please include it!

I'm pretty sure that's because the development builds come with dev mode pre-enabled, which gives you the 4x speed.

So what's the problem with having Dev Mode turned on then? It can be on without using any functions (aside from 4x speed of course).

I keep it turned on on the rare occasions annoying bugs or glitches occur. 4x speed is some nice though.

I have lost more colonists than I'm willing to admit to careless use of 4 speed. It's quite alright being hidden the way it is, 4 speed is not to be trifled with.

I'm sure there's a mod out there (AC Smart Speed) that adds 4 speed without enabling dev mode.

Not a great solution. For one, there are the buttons along the top of the screen that overlap the colonist bar (and doesn't look great). Fine for when you explicitly want dev mode on, but not how I would like to play normally. More importantly, dev mode can enable the display of some hidden information (even without all the optional "show this" dev mode toggles on). I think many would prefer not to see hidden info all the time.

Also, it's not "4x". Speed 1 is 1x, speed 2 is 3x speed 3 is 6x, and I believe speed 4 is 12x.
