Set-Up Camp only mod - Herbivore livestock will not eat hay

My livestock, most notable my hares, will not touch the 1000+ hay in storage and are instead starving to death. Google Drive is giving me trouble making a link of the save game shareable to anyone with the link regardless if they are in the suite my account is in, but if you give me your email address I can share it with you directly. I have included the output log as well.
