Help with custom faction leaders

I have made mod that adds a new faction to the game, however they never get a faction leader could someone who has experience please help me out. Thanks

Hello, what do you mean they don't have a faction leader? Do you mean it goes blank in-game when looking at the factions list?

If so, I had this problem before, it happens whenever you forget to add a faction leader for raids or base generation in the faction def

Once I assigned the leader pawnkind to spawn for those two things, the game allowed a leader to be generated with a name that you can communicate with in the comms console

It does not list a faction leader in the factions list. Right now they can't be a part of raids so i'll see if that fixes it.

I made it so they can spawn on both, the problem has not gone away
