Check the frequent suggestions sticky thread first, mate. Boats (and all other vehicles) have been suggested plenty of times, if Tynan ever decides to implement them, it probably won't be soon. If you desperately want something, consider looking in the mod section of the forums.

Remember, try not to post new thread about existing topics, make sure you do a search first.
