How do I put a picture in a post's text, not just as an attachment?

When I create a post, there is an Insert Image button, and when I press it, it asks me for a URL so I gave it https://i.imgur.com/Iien2tw.png, but it only showed a broken image icon in the text body and nothing in the post. Attached is what my posting GUI looks like.

You can use the IMG tag in the message body.
