Cannot modify jobs of pawns in caravan

Two pawns in a caravan, doctor and non-doctor.

Doctor downed by disease.  Try to have non-doctor treat doctor. 

Receive message like: Pawn must be assigned to doctor to treat.

Work tab does not show pawns in caravan.

Doctor dies because of interface design, not good storytelling.

Please fix.

Haven't been able to reproduce, seems like it has already been fixed! Thanks for reporting!
