Who does doctoring while in a formed caravan?

Injuries get patched up over time, visibly, but you can't open the work tab to adjust who does stuff. Also injuries get patched up overnight even while the person who is a doctor at home is gaining rest, sleeping.

That's a good question. I'd assume the person with the highest doctoring skill.

I think the priorities you set up before forming the caravan, and whether you allow self treating may have an impact. That is, if they aren't set to doctor, I don't think they'll do it in a caravan either.

The peace talks mission uses the highest social skill in your caravan. I would bet it works the same. One way to test is to send all incapable of caring, lol.
