MOD SUGGESTION - THE VIKINGS / FACTIONS HIRE YOUR COLONY

Hi guys, i was wondering if there are any mods that hires your colony by other factions. I am researching about this idea in rimworld mods but i cant find any mods like that.
Sometimes you could have alot of colonist and dont know what to do about them, and some colonist have low characters and you want them to be dead or somesort.
Hiring your colonist by other factions will give you rewards or loots from the colony that you destroyed or by the faction that hired you.
Its will be somekind of viking scenario where your hired colonist will raid other factions for honor and glory, and making friends to the other colonist.
This might be a nice mod to be made. Hoping for members to view this post, Thanks
