[Mod Request] Fireworks

This mod would allow you to craft/find launchable  fireworks.  The fireworks could either explode on screen or off screen, but in both cases it would trigger an "event" similar to the aurora giving people outdoors a mood buff.  This mod basically helps the player create a forced "party" to help in bad times.
