[1.0.1975] "Stat request for nullDef"

I have a bug which has been reproducible in every 1.0 build I've played so far but I finally got around to making a screen recording of today so I can reproduce it.

Steps to reproduce / minimal test case:

• Start a new game (default is fine)
• Build a hand tailor bench
• Click "Add Bill"
• Click the i icon on the list

Expected: Item information opens (It does anyway? I'm not sure if it should show more info)
Actual: "StatRequestForNullDef" error appears in console.

I have no mods installed.
