Electrical buildings make overlong connections (if taken from other map?)

This has been happening for several weeks, but I'm only reporting it now, so it's not specific to one build of 1.0. Anyways, sometimes when you install standing lamps that you've purchased or stolen from raider bases, they'll be attached with longer than normal power cords. Sometimes they'll connect to the south-west corner of the map, and get no power. Other times they'll just connect to a random section of power wire in your base, that they otherwise wouldn't be able to reach. See the save-file from my game and attached image - blue is where my power lines are, and orange points to the weird power cords on the lamps.

EDIT:
I'm running a few simple mods (NPD, implants, and drugs) I made myself, but they shouldn't be affecting power cords in any way. They just add items with XML and XML patches. Just click the "load anyway" button for my save game, and ignore the errors. :)

This also happens with turrets. Additionally, it appears as though the turret wire's connection is temporary, and based on the view window. You can see in this image, there's no wire:

and in this image, the wire appears, connected to the bottom of the game screen:

in this final image, the wire is visible, connected to the turret at the north-east corner of my building. (It has no connection to power, I believe because its wire connected to an area of the map that's on sand. The corner from the second image, where the wire is connected to the bottom of the game srceen.)

This is an interesting one.  If you take re-installable electrical items with you when you leave an encounter map, they won't connect to the grid correctly when you install them in your home base.

How to repeat:

1) Win an encounter on a map tile (bandits, item cache, etc.)
2) Exit to the world map and reform your caravan, and take electrical items from the encounter map (eg lamps, turrets, etc)
3) Install the items when you get back to your base.  The items do not energize (turned on, no power) and show a wire connecting all the way into the lower left corner of the map.  Reconnecting or reinstalling fixes the problem.

I haven't tested this much other than to verify it only happens with items I've brought back from away missions.  It might be happening because the items were taken directly into the caravan's inventory without minifying them first.  edit: by minify I mean uninstall--this is a vanilla playthrough

Attached is a screen shot showing a lamp with a fake connection.

It's already fixed. I've just tested it to be sure and everything seems to be working correctly.
