[Mod Request] Colonist Record Titles

There's a record tab in every pawn with the stats they've done in activities like killing and tending. I would love a mod that assigns a nickname or title for stuff that a pawn does.

The example picture is from a post that a user called "REMworlder" posted. His post was posted in 2015 and it has the things that I would like the mod to do.
