Help Patching Compatibility With Nature's Pretty Sweet

I was wanting to add the animals from Megafauna, Dinosauria, Dragons, Alpha Animals, and Arachnophobia into the biomes added by Nature's Pretty Sweet, alongside make it compatible with RimCuisine plants.

How far have you gotten?
Have you looked into it at all, and if so what have you uncovered?
Found any other mods that add compatibility between mods you could learn from?

My problem is that I don't know where to start. I don't know where to look to add the stuff in.

Edit: I looked in the xml files, thinking it was where I should look, but I couldn't find anything relating to any of the mods in any of the files there.

Look where Steam installed your mods. They're in there by workshop ID. 1136958577 would be Dinosauria, https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1136958577
