Duplicate XML Node Error

Hello, im playing on a pretty heavily modded 1.0 playthrough and have ran into an issue that whenever I create a new base none of the building menus work, I cant zoom in or out and the hud is messed up. The error log throws out Duplicate XML Node Errors. Does anyone know how I could fix this?
