[1.1.2562 / Royalty] Map brightness w/ giant smoke cloud & eclipse

1. An active smoke spewer on the map (sea ice in this example)
2. Eclipse event happened and the map got visually brighter.
3. The map should remain the same brightness as with a giant smoke cloud only (or possibly even darker with two events at the same time).

4.1. Have a giant smoke cloud on the map.
4.2. Have an eclipse event happen.

Toxic fallout might also be overwriting giant smoke cloud, but I was too preoccupied dealing with it to notice. Save file is too big to attach. Have some mods, but none alter gameplay. Also I might've over-explained things.
