[1.1] Rimworld never start on Mac OS 10.10

What the circumstances were ?
I just buy Rimworld and can't launch it. I know there are a lot of post but no help after a lot of attemps

What happened ?
When i start the game, from steam or file, a beginning of launcher (blanck screen) and fail, back to desktop.
I tried desinstall / reinstall
I tried the -windowed or -glcore on steam option launch
i tried modify pref.plist but  it returns to the original state
and a lot of other things i can found on your forum or steam's forum

What you expected to happen.
A pretty cool game !

Steps we can follow to make the bug appear on our machine. ?
I don't know
MacBookPro10,1
Intel Core i7
2,6 GHz
memory :   8 Go
Start from steam / start from rimworld.app

Unfortunately, i don't have save game 

Log File
    Mac: Users/<YourUserName>/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log
Not in "Unity" (only cities skyline) but here is my
Mac: Users/<YourUserName>/Library/Logs/Ludeon studios/Rimworld by Lud../Player.log which is refresh with launch attempt
