It won't unfreeze until I forcibly close the game. What can I do? What should I add to this so people can know what's wrong with my game?

Hi,
the best help for troubleshooting are the logfile. Since many mods need hugslib you can use the hugslib feature to share logs.
At the log window the green button "Share log" or press CTRL-F12.

But mosttimes it is hard to impossible to say what mod cause the problem.
When you check the error and maybe notice a modname, special function that a mod would add. Or it only happen on a special pawn and this pawn is a special race or got special skill/equipment.
Since it isn't allways possible to deactivate mods at a running colony, you need either to live with the problem or when you could identify the mod hope for an mod update.

So it is important, that you don't have any error's at the log when you start rimworld before you even start a new colony.
Better don't use a mod that cause error's after activation then to risk a critical error later during gameplay.

You made the logfile right after the rimworld start, so i can't say anything about the later errors.

But these 2 errors
"Exception loading from System.Xml.XmlElement: ..."
are allready suspious.
You should check if these error's comes from the vanilla gameplay or from mods.
Deactivate all mods, fastest way would be to rename the modconfig.xml before you start rimworld so rimworld start with a new modconfig.
But you could just deactivate them at rimworld, but you shou restart rimworld since when you deactivate mods, rimworld show error's about missing mods at first.

When the error still shown without any mods, you should delete the Data folder and maybe the Rimworld..._Data folder to and let steam repair/reinstall it.

If the error is gone, some mod should cause it.
Reactivate mods at small batches, and check if the error show up, until you found it. Maybe unsubscribe/resubscribe that mod to have a clean version, and when that don't help. Ask at the mod discussion of that mod.

The error still shows with all mods deactivated. What exactly is the "data folder"? Where in the rimworld files can I find it? Same for the rimworld data folder

Look at the rimworld installation.
You will see both.
Or try with steam at first to repair/verify the installation, maybe that allready fix it.

Look's like some of the rimworld files got corrupt. It rarely can happen, but when you have similar problems at other games/app's too you maybe should think about to exchange the harddisk/SSD.

So... I deleted that folder, then when I opened the game it didn't load, I decided to uninstall and reinstall and the error message was gone. Then I noticed the mods weren't installed so I restarted Steam, the mods installed and now the error message is back even thought the only thing enabled in the mods tab is the core...

The same error or different ones.
When it is the same error i can't explain it. Mod's shouldn't affect the basegame.

But when they are different errors, they come from some mods.

It's the same error, which appeared when mods were there but not enabled, and didn't appear when they just weren't there. So... i don't know what to tell you
