after you build Hydroponics table,
and you farm a bit, while the villagers picking up the food,
if you try to delete the zone of prisoner's
they wont pick up food til they starve to death.
coz they said they cant deliver foods to the room of prisoner's,
even you destroy the Hydroponics table n rebuild it, still same,
or even you destroy those food which on floor they will continue farming and never pick up those food to the Cook stove or the food zone you planned or picking up foods to Hopper.

Not 100% sure what you meant but... It sounds like you've built a prisoner bed/sleeping spot in your hydroponics room. Colonists won't haul or eat food in a prison room; you'll need to remove the zone by setting a prisoner bed back to a colonist bed, and create another prison to move all the prisoners to.
