[1.3.3074] Unable to suppress slave [RESOLVED]

I had 4 colonists, but lost one to a manhunter pack.
The husband of the lost colonist was upset and wouldn't stop destroying things, so I arrested the husband and enslaved him for good measure.

Despite having my remaining colonists set to priority 1 for warden and the slave settings on the slave to "suppress", whenever they talk to the slave they don't seem to be doing any suppressing.

UPDATE: It seems that the slave has now been suppressed, it just took a lot longer than I thought it would. Maybe there should be a target suppression range?
