[1.3.3101] Softlock during ideoligion creation with presets

If you select a preset ideoligion, then click next, you are brought to the character screen. From here if you select back, you are brought back to the 'Customize Ideoligion' screen, however this screen is blank as you selected a preset. There are no navigation buttons on the screen so you are stuck here unless you quit the game.

Thanks for the bug report.  This bug doesn't appear in 1.3.3146.  Let me know if you experience it again by making a new report.
