Request + Bounty: CE compatible daisy cutters

I've tried to make this mod after not finding anything already existing out there, but realized immediately how shit I am at coding, so I'm putting a 3 mBTC ($130 currently) bounty out for whoever wants to make this. No idea if that's enough, but hopefully something.

What I want:
A new type of mortar shell that kills all plant life in a radius similar to an antigrain warhead's. My plan was to copy the properties of a smoke shell and increase the radius then make the smoke deal tick damage to plants and only plants instead of giving a cover bonus to pawns. It sounds simple, but then it always sounds simple, doesn't it? Combat Extended compatability is an absolute must. I even made a real quick sprite before giving up.
