[1.3] Caravan formation can get stuck if a pawn has a mental break

After the caravan is fully loaded, colonists will lead the pack animals to the edge of the map. While doing so, it is possible for a colonist to have a mental break. The mental break can also happen while the colonist is leading animals through an area the animals cannot escape, such as a room with closed doors or a pen. Normally, the caravan animals would proceed to the caravan exit point on their own, however in this case they are unable to path to the exit unless escorted by a colonist. When the mental break ends, caravan formation will resume - all colonists and animals will attempt to path to the exit point. However, the animals that were "trapped" in an enclosed area will not be able to reach the exit, causing the rest of the caravan to enter an endless "wandering" state at the caravan exit location (they are waiting for the rest of the pack animals, which are unable to reach the caravan exit location).

Workaround: another colonist can hold open some gates/doors, allowing the trapped animals to path to the caravan exit location. If that happens, the trapped animals will automatically move to the caravan exit location and the caravan will form successfully.

Suggestion: If a caravan contains animals which are unable to reach the exit location on their own, colonists in the caravan should try to rope such animals and bring them to the caravan exit location. Alternately, animals which are trying to path to the caravan exit should be allowed to pass gates or doors all on their own, even if they would not normally be able to do so.

Thanks for the bug report, I was able to reproduce this.  I'll get a bug report in to the devs for them to examine.
