[1.3] Nudist prisoner taking on clothes.

I have a prisoner in my prison who is nudist and is a part of nudists ideology. I have a few shelves in my prison with clothes for prisoners, however the nudist prisoner intentionally tries to wear clothe although he's nudist. Even after stripping him each time he still attempts to take on clothes. I expect him not to take on clothes.

Thanks for the bug report.  I was able to reproduce this.  I'll be sure to bring this to the attention of the devs.
