Help with creating mods

Hello! I am really new to creating mods for rimworld and I am currently trying to make a drug kindof like luciferium and I'm trying to make it have physical withdrawal effects, but have had not much luck at all on this, I've tried creating a dependence but then the withdrawals start a while after the effect of the drug has warn off but i would like it to be emidiate, I've also tried to create a drug with multiple stages, but I've been getting an error "Config error in EuphoriumHigh: stages are not in order of minSeverity" but haven't managed to find anything online about fixing this... any help on fixing the minSeverity error or the best way to make instant withdrawals would be greatly appreciated
