Rimworld keeps crashing and saying all my mod versions are wrong

I decided to ad some new warhammer mods and I got rimpy to sort all my mods and there are no issues with any of the mods but rimworld keeps crashing after around 10 minutes of loading (which is normal since I have a lot of mods and rimworld takes like 15 minutes to load). I need help to fix this issue.
