Animalzones cannot be seen and used

I got a crazy Problem with Rimworld.
I can only see the animal names in the animal tap and no klickable button for medicine, training, slauthering or using zones. This problem always appears after some hours of playing a new colony. Sometimes it happens after 2-3 hours and my last try lastet for about 10 hours. I can load a older save where the bug is not there then i can play again for some time, but mostla in 2-4 days (inigame) the problem reappers. After 5 colonies i bought Biotech in the hope to solve the problem with a new game version - didn't work.
After some weeks with this bug i reinstalled Rimworld but the bug is still there.
I have startet a lot of colonies but after 5-20hours the problem always reappears. I can load an old autosafe and play on for some days without it, but the error always reappears.

I don't know what i can try next and i'm not able to find a post on reddit or your Forum witch describes this problem.

Edit Sry for the first try (post) today, this is not my mother language and my brain was still in bed - i hope this is easier to read.

If it helps i can post error log from the game, or thare the file from ingametool.
