Disappearing pawn UI and Psycast

Recently, my colonist's UI has been disappearing. This began a little while ago when one of my colonists who I recruited using devmode lost his UI when I drafted him. I could not un-draft him by pressing 'R'. I ended up not fixing this and, instead, killing him and hoping this would be a one-off issue. It was not.

 Now, after spawning in and recruiting a bunch of pawns using Godmode, I saved and quit. After reloading and doing nothing to the game in particular in-between, the Psylinks I had given to some of my pawns the day earlier disappeared (it is important to note that the ones that already had psylinks before spawning dozens of new colonists still had their psylinks.) Also, when I went to alter the relations with Pawn Editor, their 'social' on the 'Edit Screen' appeared down and right of where it actually was (when I clicked on where it appeared to be, it disappeared, and where I clicked on where it was supposed to be, my actions showed on where it shows.) But the biggest issue is the disappearing UI. It returned! Suddenly might I add! And en masse!

You see, some of my colonists worked just fine, still having their UI with them, some of them had no UI from the minute I loaded, and some of them would loose their UI when they got drafted just like that other cursed colonist from before (and once again, I couldn't un-draft them with 'R'). Also, the ones who were drafted when I loaded still did work and still could be ordered to prioritize work, but not drafted using 'R'.


Some important things to note are that, as hinted at with this plea for help, my save relies heavily on devmode. Also, I have a ton of mods. Also, I installed and later uninstalled Combat Extended mid-game because I forgot that you aren't supposed to do that.
