Error When Generating Map in Heavily Modded Game

I'm getting an error when I try to generate a map after selecting the tile and ideology. I've posted my error report below. Would anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? If needed, I could try to share my mod list as well.

I posted this to the Rimworld subreddit as well last night, but haven't gotten any responses, so I figured I'd ask here too.
