[Request] Incap chance 100% or bringing back the dead

I really want to keep one of my colonists alive but i find my colonist(s) just straight up die the more i have. Can someone help me?

Something like in Emergency 4 when someone "dies" it has like short timer, if you don't revive them in time they are dead forever.
Nice idea. I was thnking about that too
