Split thresholds for cooking/crafting bills

I would love to see an additional option for setting up bills such that there are two thresholds.

Best way to describe it is "When the stock drops to X, create until you have Y."

This will allow your colonists to operate much more efficiently based on priorities. A cook/grower would focus on growing until a batch of food needed to be made, then focus on that till the fridge is full again, then go back to growing. The current behavior causes them to keep running back and forth between the fields and the kitchen every time another colonist eats something.

use a dedicated farmer and a dedicated hauler who do not cook. This will reduce the running for your cooks. Obviously you should place your raw food storage near the kitchen  ;)

and maybe an option that says: 'only simple meal for prisoners'

That might be possible once you have enough people, but not early on. And, it might happen that you only have one colonist with cooking and farming passion. It'd sure feel like a waste to have him meandering around in the kitchen most of the day waiting for someone to eat so he has something to do.

I think its a great idea.
The when X make Y would be usefull for more then food.

But it would also make the jobs listing less spammy. Avoiding a new work task beeing assigned every time someone eats.
