[W | 0.8.657] Pathfinding ignores floor (Already in tracker)

The pathfinding seems to have difficulties selecting a path over flooring, as seen in the screenshot below.

The road is covered by a roof and tiled with paved tiles, resulting in a 100% movement speed. The path Cormareiro is taking (marked in red) takes him across thick snow (52%). Even if the snow had been cleared, it would take him over Ice (52%, Ice sheet mod).

I had built the wall shown above to try to force them to take the road. However, they simply go through the opening and veer off the road onto the snow, only to move back again when reaching the bottom wall.



I'm using mods, but I still posted this issue since I cannot imagine them affecting pathfinding.
