GAme Freezes on boot up

hey there guys sorry for the hassle i cant get back on rim world and i dont know how to redownload it (dont have my download email anymore) had installed a mod pack and it was working fine, went to run it today and nothing it just lockes up my pc on boot up :/ i dont think my pc is the problem have an i7 2600k and 760 GTX check my graph drivers and there all up to date, any help atall would be appreciated guys really wanna get back into terrorising the locals D:

the mods that is says its missing i dont actually use, they were all clicked as dont use in the mods section and it worked great before hand, then the other night it just decided "nope your not playing me anymore"

please help D: i wanna play again >.< even if it means losing the colonies that i had already :(
