[M|0.0.254] Screen Resolution and Curser Misalignment

I have my screen resolution set to 1080p.

When I change the game resolution to 1080p with fullscreen disabled the curser and its interactions become misaligned. I don't really know another way to describe it without a picture so I have attached a screenshot.
