Got the answer to the "Which colonist does what job" thing

I think there's a way easier solution to the problem mentioned than the "minimum skills requirement".

It is a fact set-in-compacted-plasteel that once someone started a job, he MUST finish the job. So to avoid double why not simply make it possible to assign the bill to a specific colonist ?

I know some of you can have map with fifty colonist but I doubt even 5% are doing specific-craft in their free-time and chance are you would choose one or two boosted colonists with bionic-arms.

Am I right ?
