Creative activation email problems

Hi so I've finally got around to putting my name in the game. I've clicked on the creative link in my email from when I purchased the game and filled in my email address when asked, it says I should get an activation email sent to me to proceed yet I am getting nothing.

Does it take awhile for the email to come? It's been over 2 hours now.

I've got the same issue.
I made my purchase yesterday evening, I figured it might get into my SPAM folder so I asked for it to be re-sent cos I automatically delete anything in my spam folder. However, it didn't arrive again. So I figured i'd wait and sleep a night, maybe it would take longer. Yet after 12 hours it still hasn't arrived in my inbox.
