2/19/2015 World Generation Fail

I go to create a new world in Alpha 9 and I put the seed in (multiple seeds) and when I hit the 'Generate' Button nothing happens, Ive tried multiple seeds and still get the same results.

addendum: When I go to select an existing world for a new colony the select colony site map wont appear.

I do have the same problem. Using build 722 (Alpha 9b) with or without mods.

well i deleted the Rimworld folder and unzipped a new set and now it works fine. Couldve been the mods i tried to install but im unsure.

I just had two folders in the mods subfolder; the core game and a mod i've written myself, wich wasn't even activated. I cut and pasted the folder out of the mods subfolder and the world generation works fine. strange thing.

Yes, you would probably need to extract each and every new version to a completely new folder, i.e. don't overwrite the old versions.
