Allow switching between colonists again while in overview

I believe this used to work in A8 or maybe it was A7, but I remember an older version being able to hit <> to switch between colonists with the overview open to make setting manual priorties easier. A9 blocks this now and you have to close it to bring up the next colonist.

Edit:
Even better, add the burning level icon to the overview. Possibly even the current level in numeric form (there is the box highlighting to indicate the rough level and you can hover over it, but it's a bit tedious rather than just looking and understanding).
